Areas Served

Our primary service area includes seven Ohio counties: Summit, Portage, Medina, Geauga, Cuyahoga, Lake, and Lorain. No travel time is charged from points originating in those seven counties. We also serve Stark, Tuscarawas, Wayne, Ashland, Ashtabula, Holmes, Erie and Ottawa counties, and the cities of Huron and Sandusky.

Service Rates

The rate you will pay is dependent on many factors, such as the day of travel, time of day, type of vehicle, the number of passengers, and duration of vehicle usage.

Our peak times are Fridays and Saturdays, day and evening.

Gratuities

While gratuities are not mandatory, a 20% gratuity is the acceptable industry standard and may be added to your invoice.

Who Is Touch of Class Limousine?

All equipment quoted is subject to availability at the time of booking. A deposit of 50% of the balance is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The balance is due at the time of service. Vehicle(s) will not be reserved until a signed agreement has been received by A Touch of Class and/or payment arrangements have been made.

In addition to their rigorous training to become A Touch of Class chauffeurs, all drivers are educated on what A Touch of Class refers to as the “Chauffeur Code of Conduct.” Your privacy will be respected at all times.

Proof of insurance will be provided upon request. We carry $5,000,000 liability insurance per vehicle in accordance with all state and federal regulations.

Custom signage inside or outside the vehicles is available on request.

All vehicles are smoke free. Upon request, we can furnish vehicles for smoking (an additional charge may be required).
