Our primary service area includes seven Ohio Counties. They are Summit, Portage, Medina, Geauga, Cuyahoga, Lake, and Lorain. No travel time is charged from originating points in those 7 counties. Transportation originating outside these counties is subject to a
travel charge.

The rate you will pay is dependent on many factors such as the day of travel, time of day, type of vehicle, the number of people being transported and how long you'll need the vehicle.

Our "peak" times are Fridays and Saturdays - day and evening. |

All equipment quoted is subject to availability at the time of booking. A deposit of 50% of the balance is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The balance is due at the time of service. Vehicle(s) will not be reserved until a signed agreement has been received by
A Touch of Class and/or payment arrangements have been made. |

While gratuities are not mandatory, a 20% gratuity is the acceptable industry standard, and may be added to your invoice. |

We operate a dual platform communication system in each of our vehicles. In addition to fully-equipped cell phones, each chauffeur and staff member uses
2-way digital radio systems for immediate response, and all chauffeurs carry alpha-numeric pagers. |

We are a subscriber to the AirLink GPS/AVL system. GPS (Global Positioning System) and AVL (automatic vehicle location) provide our team with the real-time vehicle status and location, enabling us to make up-to-the-moment vehicle management decisions. |

We utilize Auto Flight Tracking, which updates our dispatchers when your plane is in the air, and gives 30-second updates to anticipate your estimated arrival time. Flight information is automatically updated on the dispatch screen via a direct satellite uplink with the FAA. The system not only tracks commercial airlines, but also monitors the flight status of private and corporate
aircraft (for all non-commercial flights tail ID is
